The expectations for the new Apple iPhone 5

Apple is continuously creating the top grade, new technology of our era. Now just four years after the release of the original iPhone, Apple has become the largest smartphone vendor while maintaining 18 percent of the market shares. Apple’s iPhones have taken over today’s market with its easy to use features, fast technology, and sleek design. Who wouldn’t want the latest and best technology that you use every day of your life? But there is a price you have to pay. Unless you are starting a new contract with your wireless provider, you will be investing a load of money for the newest and latest technologies. The new features that Apple offers will be well worth your money.

The Apple iPhone has been dominating the competition and is continuing to do so. AT&T along with Verizon Wireless combined sales were 7.1 million non-iPhone and 5.9 million iPhones sales respectively were sold in the last year. Apple continues to stay untouchable because of its latest technology with faster processor, custom made parts so the devices last longer and don’t die over time. Apple innovates its technology every step and has constantly pushed out the best technology.

The latest Apple product being introduced in early September 2011 is the iPhone 5. According to the largest Chinese newspapers, Chinese Times, reports state that Apple plans to produce 4 million units of the device following a production of 400,000 test units. The release date has been pushed back on several occasions because of the under production of manufacturing the right number of iPhone 5 devices.

Apple’s iPhone 5 is expected to come equipped with a significant amount of hardware and software upgrades. Expected iPhone 5 features are:

-A5 dual-core processor
-Improved antenna
-8 megapixel camera with 1080p video playback
-3.7 to 4.0 inch glass screen
-4G connectivity-Longer talk-time and standby time
-Wireless charging capability
-RAM; 1GB
-IOS 5; which will come with many new capability for better multitasking experience

Apple recently filed a patent for an enhanced voice control system which will be implemented into the IOS 5. The system is built to get used by its users over time and delivered only the best information that they need to know. This new system named “Adaptive Audio
Feedback System and Method” is being applied to alerts, prompts, and menu navigation. Apple is now reevaluating the cost for its latest technology to meet consumer price points. For the average consumer in today’s economy it is hard to afford the iPhone technology without the contract upgrade. Without the contract the iPhone 4 was around $700. Apple is working to reduce the price of the iPhone 5 to be in the $400-$500 price range. For that price, the Apple iPhone 5 will be well worth the money and will equip it’s users with everything they need and desire.
